Cancellation Policy

At Juice Box Photos, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. For non-wedding sessions, full payment is due at the time of booking unless previously arranged. The remaining balance for weddings must be paid no later than two weeks before the event. Payments are final, and bookings are confirmed only once the deposit or full payment is received. For weddings, cancellations must be made at least three months prior to the wedding date. If the cancellation occurs within this period, the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations within three months of the wedding will result in full payment being required. Non-wedding sessions require one week’s notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and if a session is canceled or rescheduled with less than one week's notice, the session will be forfeited and no refund will be issued. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, but availability is not guaranteed. While we aim to assign your preferred photographer or videographer, Juice Box Photos reserves the right to assign any member of our team based on availability. Regardless of the photographer or videographer, the style and quality of work will remain consistent across the team. Coverage for weddings and events is determined by the number of hours included in your selected package. Overtime requests on the day of the event will incur an additional charge of $500 per hour. Clients are responsible for communicating any special requests or additional coverage needs ahead of time. Juice Box Photos is not responsible for any limitations imposed by the venue, such as restrictions on photography or videography access, poor lighting, or other conditions that may affect the quality of the final product. In the case of adverse weather conditions, we will do our best to adjust or reschedule the session, but we are not liable for weather-related issues beyond our control. Travel fees may apply for events or sessions located outside of our service area. For destination weddings or events, the client is responsible for covering travel costs, accommodations, and any necessary permits, which will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking. The standard delivery time for non-wedding sessions, such as family portraits or headshots, is 2-3 weeks. For weddings, the delivery time is 6-8 weeks. All final images and videos will be delivered via an online gallery or download link. Printed product
